Cogito provide a separate 'Support Portal' for all users, at http://my.cogito.co.uk. The 'Support Portal' allows registered users to raise support issues and track their progress. Licensed customers can also software, maintenance and documentation from the portal.
For problems or queries that are not fixed by the current maintenance, you should raise a support ticket via the 'Support Portal', alternatively you can contact your local distributor that supplied the software to you. They will liase directly with the development team to resolve your issues.

The 'Support Portal' is our preferred method for raising and tracking problems. It is monitored outside of normal office hours and except in the case of urgent production problems, is the best way to contact us, as all support staff will receive the details, allowing the most appropriate person to respond.
If you are unable to access the 'Support Portal' for any reason, then you can still email 'firstname.lastname@example.org'.
For urgent problems outside of normal office hours, please use the above phone number. The voice message will give you an option to forward your call to the on-call support representative.
