As from APAR 89, the naming convention for pre/coreq APARs, relating to database DDL changes or one-off APARs has changed.

Where rrr is the EZDB2 release - eg 910 and nnn is a numeric identifier for the APAR.
There is now only one version of each DDL APAR - irrespective of what DB2 release/mode you are on.
Where you have already applied any pre/coreq APARs, the following table cross references the old to new APAR names. Note that after applying the software APAR 89 or later, the online display of APARs applied will automatically reflect the new APAR names and will perform an automatic translation of the 'old' APAR names to the corresponding 'new' APAR names.
You should therefore use the EZDB2 panels to display the APARs applied.
